I don't know the link to the mod but it's easy to find in google Crashing in VATS :: Fallout 4 General Discussion It has to do with your player character getting a debuff or buff during vats during survival mode (Including getting tire/sleepy/ or hungry) Mods that auto heal will also freeze in vats. The first mod is VATS Freeze Fix, and the second is Depth Of Field Removal.The 4 hours straight I played with no crashes, was with a increased spawn mod, so VATS was getting used even more than normal There is a mod that fixes this. I played 4 hours straight this morning with no crashes or issues.

Fallout 4 crashes every time I use VATS - posted in Fallout 4 Technical Support: I have recently updated FO4 to the latest build with latest F4SE( along with supporting mods: looksmenu,transfersettlements, etc) and ever since the my game crashes everytime I try to go into VATS. I honestly thought it had been fixed however since most of the crashes disappeared over the last few weeks until Vault Tec came in and now once again Random CTD's in VATS, Workshop mode and just general crashing in the wild which is. Fallout 4 has been quite infamous for random CTD's since patch 1.5 and the first lot of DLC started rolling in.
